We were first introduced to Miguel in 2004 when we were looking to buy a property in the Alicante region in Spain. We purchased a new build, which completed in 2006 and Miguel attended to all the conveyancing pertaining to the property, including having Power of Attorney, which has been an added bonus for us over the years!!
He completed a further purchase for us . Our most recent sale was in June 2022 and he closed our bank account and dealt with the transfer of funds back to the UK. The bank wanted to charge us a colossal fee but Miguel negotiated this and had it reduced!!

How to choose a solicitor is always a difficult question, especially when looking for one in a country where one is not fluent in the language. Personal recommendation can be a great help in these circumstances, and it certainly was for me, as this is how I came to meet Miguel. I had experienced significant problems with a previous legal agent in Spain, and an old friend told me how satisfied he had been with the service Miguel gave him. I acted on this recommendation, and have never once regretted it, quite a few years further on now.
Miguel is friendly, efficient, his charges are very fair – and he speaks fluent English. I am very happy that he was recommended to me!

Småting underveis i byggingen, ble ordnet opp i og vi hadde en fantastisk bra dialog. Han tipset oss med alt fra møblering av huset til resturanter i området.
